POSITION TITLE: Sales Associate – Platform

POSITION REPORTS TO: Assistant General Manager

Looking for a fast-paced role where no two days are the same? As a Sales Associate, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience—welcoming travelers from around the world, driving sales, and keeping the store running smoothly.
In this role, you’ll create a friendly, high-energy environment while delivering exceptional service, maintaining store standards, and helping customers find exactly what they need—quickly and efficiently.
Deliver a customer-first experience by greeting, assisting, and thanking every guest
Drive sales through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
Promote current offers, products, and services to enhance the customer experience
Handle transactions accurately using POS systems
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
Support inventory tasks including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed
Work collaboratively with your team to meet store goals
Follow all cash handling, safety, and loss prevention procedures
Experience in retail or customer service (preferred, not required if you’ve got the right attitude)
Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
Reliable, adaptable, and able to multitask with ease
Comfortable working flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Work in a dynamic airport environment with constant energy and movement
Gain experience in customer service, sales, and operations
