Job Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings with potential prospects to understand service requirements of clients.
  • Acquire new clients to increase country revenue.
  • Pitch operational requests to internal stakeholders to help meet clients’ requirements and SLAs.
  • Prepare sales proposals, presentation decks, profitability analysis and contract documents.
  • Compliance to sales process and legal compliance.
  • Educate clients on the basic requirements of Ninja Van’s service.
  • Creatively seek and reach out to key decision makers of potential leads.
  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads in a timely manner.
  • Import and maintain data of leads in Salesforce CRM.
  • Ensure that clients’ business is a good fit for Ninja Van.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships and strong rapport with accounts for high account retention and client satisfaction.
  • Identify ways to increase sales revenue and wallet shares with existing accounts.
  • Monitor and ensure promised delivery SLAs are met.
  • Collaborate with external and internal operations teams to ensure required resources and operational support is available to them and their team.

Job Requirements

  • Sales - Pipeline Management, Negotiation, Solutioning, Account Management
  • Business Acumen - Understanding the organisation’s objectives, operations, market environment and ethical issues
  • Interpersonal Skills - Ability to work as an individual contributor and with a team, influence stakeholders and manage conflict
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in a business development and client-facing role
  • Experienced in sales negotiation, analysing pricing strategies and solutioning
  • Experience with end-to-end sales pipeline management and closing large, strategic deals
  • Manage enquiries and complaints with tact and professionalism
  • Good team player with ability to interact with all levels
  • Proactive, curious and entrepreneurial
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Diploma in any field or higher, Degree preferred
  • Proficiency in English (Reading, Writing & Speaking)
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage
