We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Associate to join our high performing sales team and make a significant impact on our customers' lives.

THE ROLE

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, responsible for guiding prospective customers through the home and land buying process. You'll be working with a dynamic team of professionals, showcasing our range of exceptional residential development projects.

This is a maternity leave cover from March 2026 to November 2026 with the potential of ongoing employment.

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for manning the on-site sales office, greeting all customers, and showcasing our development.
• Support the team with administrative tasks, including but not limit to house and land package collateral, sales data and database management.
• Work in collaboration with the Clarendon and Domaine sales teams to nurture leads and support customer transactions.
• Responsible for the presentation of the sales centre and estate, customer service ability to receive calls, emails and online leads and respond with confidence.
• Maintain online platforms including website management, marketing platforms and company CRM – Hub Spot.

About you

To be successful, you’ll bring:

• A natural communicator with a personable approach,
• Ability to work weekends. Full time position includes Saturday and Sunday with two days off through Monday-Friday. (Part Time arrangements will also be considered)
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, and a fast learner.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team and individually.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer knowledge including Microsoft word, share point and Hubspot CRM preferable.
• Ability to work autonomously.
