Retail Customer Service Associate – The UPS Store

Pay: $15/hour + monthly performance incentives

Key Responsibilities

Schedule Requirements:

• Must be available to work weekends
• Ability to work opening shifts (8:30 AM) and closing shifts (7:00 PM) on weekdays

What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with shipping, packaging, printing, and other business services
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Handle transactions, answer customer questions, and ensure a smooth, positive experience
• Work collaboratively with your team to maintain an organized, efficient store environment
