We are currently seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our team as Automotive Sales Professionals. Key Responsibilities
• Welcome customers and provide a professional and informative sales experience
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Maintain detailed knowledge of vehicle features, inventory, and current incentives
• Follow up with customers and prospects through phone, email, and text communication
• Build and maintain relationships that generate repeat and referral business
• Work closely with the finance department to complete vehicle purchases
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets
• Participate in ongoing training and dealership sales meetings
Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Previous sales experience is helpful but not required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
