Fabletics is opening a shop-in-shop at KaDeWe, one of Europe’s most iconic department stores. We are looking for two full-time Sales Associates who willrepresenttheFableticsbrand on the shop floor and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a premium retail environment.

This role is offered as a full-time, permanent position (unbefristeterArbeitsvertrag) with 40 hours per week.

​About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be jointly responsible for the daily operation of theFableticsshop-in-shop. There is no on-site Store Manager, so this role requiresa high levelof ownership, reliability, and teamwork. You will work closely with your fellowassociatesand collaborate withFableticsheadquarters and KaDeWe partners as needed.

What will you do?

• Represent theFableticsbrand, culture, and values at all times.

• Deliver an outstanding, personalized customer experience.

• Engage customers with product knowledge (fit, fabrics, functionality).

• Drive sales performance and personal selling.

• Process transactions via the KaDeWe POS system.

• Manage daily shop-in-shop operations.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards.

• Support inventory management and deliveries.

• Communicate operational needs toFableticsHQ.

• Ensure health, safety, and security compliance.

• At least 1 year of retail experience.

• Strong customer service mindset.

• Interest in an active lifestyle.

• Independent and reliable working style.

• POS system experience.

• Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Professional working proficiency in both German and English, with the ability to confidently communicate in a customer service environment.(Interviews will be held in both languages).

• Minimum age: 18.
