Job Description

We’re hiring salespeople who want to perform, earn, and grow.
This is not a sit-and-wait job. We expect activity, follow-up, and strong conversion. In return, we provide traffic, training, and a clear path to income.
What you can expect
  • $3,000 – $10,000+ per month
  • $10,000 guarantee for your first 90 days
  • Consistent lead flow (internet, phone, and showroom)
  • Training and coaching from leadership
  • Clear expectations and accountability
Schedule
  • 9am–6pm or 10am–7pm
  • 5-day work week (consistent Sunday’s off with rotating day off during the week)
What you’ll do
  • Work every lead with urgency (phone, internet, and in-store)
  • Set and confirm appointments daily
  • Guide customers through the full sales process
  • Follow up consistently until the deal is done
  • Build repeat and referral business

  • Strong communicator who connects quickly with people
  • Competitive and results-driven
  • Comfortable with high activity and fast pace
  • Handles rejection and stays consistent
  • Sales or customer service experience helps, but not required
Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
