We are looking for a sales champion who shares our values to join our team as Sales Assistant/Cashier. The ideal candidate is reliable, and customer focused. In this role you will be the face of our store, providing excellent service to our customers while efficiently handling sales transactions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Operate the cash register and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
• Assist with inventory counts and stock management
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a positive attitude
• Follow all store policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Five CSEC passes at General Level inclusive of English Language
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
