*Position summary:
1.Sales assistant supporting execution-focused and process-driven sales operations for EN Human Nutrition Korea.

2.Manage monthly sales tracking, forecast versus actual deviation analysis, and routine sales performance monitoring.
3.Support digital tool-based data management, including forecast input into IFT and pricing/data updates in CPQ.
4.Handle customer inquiries and issue-resolution processes, including automation process introduction and escalation management.

5.Coordinate sample delivery and follow up on sample test results as part of new business development support.
6.Support standardized credit-related administrative tasks, including customer credit checks and receivable monitoring.

*Education/Qualifications required:
1.Relevant 1-2 years working experience in sales support, commercial operations, customer service, sales administration, or data management is preferred.

2.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for sales tracking, forecast monitoring, and reporting support.
3.Experience with digital business tools or ERP/CRM-related systems is preferred; familiarity with forecast input, pricing data management, or CPQ/IFT-like systems would be an advantage.
4.Good written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English to support internal coordination and customer-related communication.

6.Collaborative attitude to work effectively with sales, regulatory, supply chain, credit control, and other cross-functional teams.
