The Role: Sales Assistant Somerset Mall
As a Sales Assistant, you will be a key member of the store team, providing exceptional service to customers, ensuring the shop floor looks great, and supporting sales targets. This permanent role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about retail and passionate about customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with a professional and friendly approach
Drive sales through product knowledge and upselling
Maintain merchandising, stock displays, and store cleanliness
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Resolve customer queries with care and professionalism
Support the team with daily operational tasks as required
About You
Previous retail experience is advantageous but not essential
Matric certificate preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Energetic, reliable, and a proactive team player
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays (5 working days per week with 1 guaranteed weekend off per month)
