Sales Assistant / Sales Coordinator
Mosaic has more new homes on the way and we are growing our team.
As a member of our sales team, you’ll support people making one of the biggest purchases of their lives. You will receive extensive training, gain a deeper understanding of the industry, have mentorship opportunities with seasoned professionals, and be considered for promotion opportunities in the wider organization.
Many of Mosaic’s top performers started on the sales team and moved up to roles in construction, marketing, land, development, and of course, sales.

Who You Are
You have or are working on a post-secondary degree and have prior experience in sales, retail, or hospitality. You are willing to work at various locations around the Lower Mainland. Bonus points if you can drive and have access to a vehicle.
You have a passion for real estate, are on top of the latest trends, and have an appreciation for great branding and visual merchandising. You can work a variety of shifts throughout the week, including weekends.
You are a self-starter, organized, efficient and can think on your feet. You are always striving to hone your skills, do your best work and support your team.
Finally, you’re a team player who builds relationships and brings out the best in others. You see possibilities and opportunities.
