Ihre Aufgaben

Nagase Europa GmbH is looking for a motivated and dedicated Sales Assistant (m/f/d) to join our team in Istanbul, Turkey. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations across logistics, administration, and customer support within our Sales Unit.

• Support the sales team in daily operations and customer projects
• Manage order processing, invoicing, and contract updates in SAP
• Coordinate logistics, warehousing, transportation, and customs clearance
• Ensure compliance with Turkish and international regulations
• Maintain accurate data and documentation within SAP and internal systems
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Ihr Profil

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales support, administration, or customs clearance
• Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP in daily business operations
• Fluency in English and Turkish, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel internationally
