Deine Aufgaben

• You sell sustainable premium products and offer the best service.
• You are a host - you introduce your customers to the lifestyle world of Marc O'Polo and make them feel at home.
• You actively support and advise customers in the selection of products and entire looks.
• You keep an eye on sales targets - your selling skills help you to achieve them.
• You refill merchandise and present it according to the specifications of the visual merchandise team.
• You work independently with the POS system, RFID and our CRM software.
• You pass on your knowledge of the current collection to (new) colleagues.
• The exchange with the teams from Retail Support, Buying, Allocation, Sales Training and the Headquarter enriches your work additionally.

• You know the latest trends and have basic knowledge about fits and more.
• You are open, like to meet people and have a positive charisma.

• You are tech-savvy and open to increasing digitalization; you have no problem operating our IPads and the cash register system.

• You love to communicate - you also have good German and English skills.
