In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, working closely with our Outside Sales Representative to keep business moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Assistant, your day-to-day will involve a mix of customer interaction, administrative support, and vendor coordination:

• Lead Qualification: Assist the Outside Sales Representative by vetting and qualifying incoming leads to ensure the sales pipeline remains strong and efficient.
• Order Entry & Tracking: Accurately enter customer orders into our system, monitor their progress, and ensure timely processing.
• Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for our vendors, coordinating logistics, checking product availability, and tracking shipments.
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to clients by answering questions, providing updates on orders, and handling inquiries with a positive attitude.
• Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with internal teams and external sales reps to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

Qualifications & Skills

We are looking for someone who brings positive energy and strong administrative habits to the table.

• Exceptional Organizational Skills: You can juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and never let the details slip through the cracks.
• People Person: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport with customers and vendors.
• Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable learning new software, entering data accurately, and navigating basic office programs (e.g., Excel, CRM tools, or order management systems).
• Experience: Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or an administrative role is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude!
