Cu stomer Experience Be professional. Greet, smile, and acknowledge customers. Know layout of store to direct customers to products Store Disciplines & Productivity Opening & closing procedures are followed. To ensure all merchandising principles are always in place and that every item is ticketed. Minimize risk through process compliance: Ensure accurate receiving and checking of all store deliveries as per store manual. Ensure accurate stock counts & checking of product expiry dates. Cash handling - assist at point of sale and with cash ups . Requirements Grade 12 Minimum 1 year retail experience A genuine interest in health and wellness - brand ambassadors Basic computer literacy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours.
