Store Hours: Open daily, Sunday through Saturday (weekend and holiday availabilityrequired)
Work Schedule: Full-time | Weekends and holidays will be required depending on business needs.

About the Role:
Our sales assistants receive exposure to varying aspects of sales, operations, inventory management, interiordesignand retail visuals. Your success in this role will be measured by providing exceptional customer service, being a team member, building relationships, and supporting your peers in allfacetsof the business. You will report to the Assistant Manager.

WhatYou’llDo

• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills when responding to our clients via phone,emailandassistingclients in store.
• Monitorand respond tosocial media messagesinquiries, adding customer requests to the client wish listforout-of-stockitems
• Create social media stories and posts daily to drive customer engagement
• Assistwith sales support and post-sale follow up with warehouse or 3rd party delivery companies
• Ensure all items on the sales floor are properly tagged and updated daily
• Organize and restock the cash wrap area, filing receipts daily
• Maintainandassistin ordering supplies for breakroom, janitorial areas, andwarehouse
• Place an order with Staples (minimum once per month).

WhatWe’reLooking For:

• Background in Retail Sales or customer success preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiencywithbasic social media management.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented
• Must be able tolift upto 20 pounds and regularly move items

Compensation range for this role is $19.00 - $21.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
