Sales Assistant Brazil

This role is fully based in our São Paulo office, with in-person presence required Monday to Friday.


Start your career supporting the Brazil Sales team in a structured and collaborative environment, where you will develop core administrative and organizational skills. This junior level role focuses on assisting day to day operations and ensuring processes run smoothly with guidance from experienced team members.

You will gain exposure to cross functional teams, including HR, Finance, IT, and Facilities, while building a strong foundation in sales support and office coordination. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and logistics for the Brazil Sales team.

  • Assist with travel arrangements, expense coordination, and basic reporting activities.

  • Help prepare presentations, meeting agendas, and internal documentation.

  • Maintain organized records, files, and administrative systems.

  • Support daily office operations, including supplies management, mail distribution, workspace organization, and visitor coordination.

  • Assist with onboarding activities such as workspace setup, equipment coordination, and new hire support.

  • Support communication with internal teams and help follow up on routine administrative requests.

  • Assist in coordinating internal and external meetings and events.

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant as needed.

  • Contribute to team events, engagement initiatives, and office activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in administrative support, internships, or early career roles.

  • Intermediate English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance and prioritize effectively.

  • Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with different teams.

  • Professional attitude with reliability, accountability, and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience supporting sales teams or commercial organizations.

  • Exposure to multinational or fast paced work environments.

  • Familiarity with travel coordination, expense processes, or office administration activities.

  • Interest in developing a career in sales support, operations, or business administration.
