FOX Television Stations (FTS) owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations, including stations in 14 of the top 15 markets and duopolies in 11. Eighteen are FOX Network affiliates, and together the stations produce approximately 1,300 hours of local news every week. Sales Assistant – FLX (Regular Full-Time)

FOX Station Sales Team is looking for a collaborative, tech-savvy Sales Assistant ready to make an immediate impact supporting our Digital Sales organization within a fast-paced, innovative culture.

Leveraging the scale and resources of Fox Corporation and Fox Television Stations, our Digital Sales Team delivers best-in-class Digital and OTT/CTV advertising solutions — including FLX, FOX Local, TUBI, FOX Sports, and FOXNews.com — designed to help partners achieve measurable results at every stage of the advertising purchase funnel.

The FOX Station Sales Team has an amazing opportunity for a Sales Assistant to provide critical day-to-day support to our Digital Account Executives and Sales Managers, helping ensure the seamless planning, execution, and reporting of FLX and digital advertising campaigns.

Job Summary

• Sales Support: Support Digital Account Executives and Sales Managers with order entry, revisions, and campaign reporting for FLX, OTT/CTV, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Traffic & Campaign Management: Assist in scheduling and monitoring digital ad campaigns and monitor results from inception to completion to ensure full delivery.
• Client Fulfillment: Prepare and distribute campaign performance reports, post-campaign recaps, and monthly client fulfillment reports.
• Account Communication: Communicate with sales representatives, buyers, and internal partners regarding makegoods, revisions, program changes, and other account activity.
• Prospecting Support: Assist Account Executives with prospecting, research, sales planning, and the development of client-facing presentations.
• Administrative Excellence: Manage data entry, CRM pipeline updates, and order processing with a high degree of accuracy.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Ad Ops, Traffic, Insights, Creative Services, and Finance teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Management Support: Assist Sales Management with administrative tasks, including contract maintenance, documentation, and invoicing support.
• Additional Duties: Support other Sales Team and station initiatives and perform additional projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Organization: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive, professional approach.
• Accuracy: Comfortable working with numbers and data with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Digital Savvy: A solid understanding of Digital, Streaming/OTT, and Social Media advertising; fundamental knowledge of Mobile, Email, Social Media, and Video advertising is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to learn industry-specific software and CRMs, including WideOrbit and AOS.
• Mindset: An independent thinker who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $21.64-24.05 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
