As a Sales Assistant at Dinamic AS Group, you will support day-to-day sales activities while helping create a positive and professional experience for customers.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, staying organized, working as part of a team, and developing their sales and customer service skills in a professional environment.

You will work closely with the sales team, assist with customer interactions, provide information about products and services, and help ensure that sales activities are handled efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with daily sales activities and customer interactions.
• Welcome and engage with prospective and existing customers in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about company products and services.
• Help identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support the sales process from initial customer interaction through follow-up.
• Maintain organized and accurate customer and sales information.
• Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and general sales coordination.
• Respond professionally to customer questions and requests.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and company goals.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company’s services, processes, and customer expectations.
• Maintain a professional and positive representation of Dinamic AS Group.
