WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• The Sales Assistant provides administrative and operational support for Velocity’s sales force

Area(s) of Responsibility

• Coordinate inbound and outbound order process
• Coordinate Nonconforming Material process

Essential Functions

Enter, modify, and maintain requirements and order information in Velocity’s ERP
• Coordinate with purchasing team on behalf of salesperson at times
• Coordinate with Inspection and Distribution Center to resolve order issues and ensure orders are shipped on time
• Process sales and purchase orders and manage open order report
• Data entry, BP entry and uploading lists
• Order changes and problem resolution
• Create service orders and request service and testing quotes
• Create RMA’s and link orders
• Stock allocations, lot assignments and product records

Preferred skills & experience

• 1+ years of office administration, customer service, or sales support experience.
• Experience working with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Additional Details

• Working hours: Mon - Friday
• Candidates must be willing to work assigned shift schedules to support sales operations across APAC and EMEA. Typical working hours will be either:
  • 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST, or
  • 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST
  
  Shift assignments may be staggered across team members and adjusted based on business requirements.
