Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Sales Assistant to join our ever evolving Sales team and help shape the future of global commerce.

In Greece, we conduct business through EDPS, which is one of the leading FINTECH companies in the country, specializing in Payments Processing and Advanced Payment Solutions. Our goal is to be the go-to solution for large retailers across all sectors and offer cutting edge technology to accept and process electronic payments on both physical location (POS) and eCommerce environments.

What you’ll own

  • Provide routine support to Sales, during various phases of the sales cycle, to achieve stated revenue and/or market share growth strategies by gathering data for proposal materials for prospective clients, potentially participating in preliminary call activities, presentation preparation, compiling of collateral material, and/or meeting preparation/follow-up.

  • Maintain solid files with contracts by ensuring they are signed in a timely manner. Create reports and report updates related to prospective clients by gathering necessary data as directed.

  • Create presentations for internal/external executives, and/or clients and potentially attends meetings where such materials are presented.

  • Serving as a single point of contact for assigned sales professionals

  • Responding to additional information from merchants

  • Setting up meetings with targeted referral partners

  • Other duties as assigned

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum secondary education. A university degree is desirable.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support

  • Advanced computer skills, especially MS Word, MS Excel

  • Fluency in Greek and English: Excellent written and spoken skills in both languages

  • Ability to work within a team

  • Customer-oriented approach

  • Highly self-motivated team player with strong analytical skills

  • Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and ability to multi-task
