Job Description
- Ensure administrative management and sales analysis for the commercial department.
- Ensure compliance with commercial agreements between the company and the client.
- Act as the main point of contact between the client and the different divisions of the company.
- Handle customer complaints as efficiently and quickly as possible.
- Prepare the necessary documentation for the negotiation phase.
- Manage client accounts and monitor the status of accounts receivable.
- Ensure that customer demand (in terms of delivery date and quantity) is fully met.
- Execute all administrative operations related to shipments, including transportation.
- Identify bottlenecks and plan appropriate actions to resolve them, communicating them to all relevant departments within the plant.
