Position Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 Hourly

Job Category: SalesThe Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure the smooth execution of sales activities and excellent customer service. This role involves coordinating sales processes, maintaining accurate records, and working cross-functionally with departments such as accounting, finance, and marketing.
A day in the life may include:
- Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining sales documentation.
- Manage invoicing and ensure timely processing and follow-up.
- Oversee inventory management to support sales operations.
- Maintain the warranty registration process and all associated documentation.
- Coordinate all necessary paperwork, including DMV fees, titles, check requests, and purchase orders.
- Speak with clients directly to handle DMV and licensing matters.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, accounting, finance) to ensure client satisfaction and timely fulfillment of sales.

QualificationsEducation –
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience/Training –
- 2+ years of administrative, sales support, or customer service experience (preferably in an automotive environment)
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations –
- VIN Verifier certification is preferred
