As Steele Honda’s Sales Assistant, it is your adventure to create the smooth, exciting, and memorable experience our customers expect when purchasing a vehicle. As the connection point between our Sales, Finance, and Management teams, you will help keep the dealership moving efficiently while ensuring every customer interaction is professional, welcoming, and seamless. How You Will Make an Impact

• Support the Sales, Finance, and Management teams with daily administrative operations
• Assist with post-delivery and deal washout processes to ensure transactions are completed accurately and on time
• Organize, review, scan, and route completed deal files to the appropriate departments
• Handle data entry, key logs, dealer plate logs, and daily cash posting
• Assist with vehicle inventory administration, stock-ins, and floorplan support
• Prepare and maintain daily and monthly reports as required
• Support customer follow-up and help ensure a positive dealership experience
• Assist with filing, scanning, organizing documents, and updating internal systems
• Work closely with the sales team to maintain efficient internal processes and dealership workflow

• Previous dealership, administrative, or customer service experience is considered an asset
