Job Description

Our Client, a Japanese electronic trading company is seeking a Customer Service (Sales Assistant) to join their team.

Position: Customer Service (Sales Assistant)
Location: Kowloon Bay
Salary: up to HKD 20K/M (negotiable)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Handle general sales administrative tasks
Assist with basic accounting duties, such as compiling documents for submission to the accounting firm
Manage order processing from customers and place purchase orders with suppliers
Prepare necessary documents related to procurement and delivery
Support import/export procedures and shipping documentation
Monitor and manage sales records and reporting
Willing to travel to China

Requirements:

Degree holder
Minimum 2 years of practical experience in trading operations
Business-level proficiency in Cantonese, Japanese(JLPT N1), Mandarin, and good command in English.
