As a Sales Assistant based in Brimsdown, you’ll be responsible for:
Split role 50/50 sales and office role.
Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations.
Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude
Providing support to Technical team with quotes and emails enquires.
This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, rotating shift pattern one week 07:00 - 16:00 with 1hrs break then following week 08:00-17:00 with 1hrs break. No weekend work required.

Previous face to face customer service experience.
Trade counter or office experience.
To be a team player who is happy to assist in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch.
Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic.
