Job Description

Integration’s São Paulo Office is seeking candidates to be part of our multi-functional and international teams of hands-on professionals inside the Corporate Area.

We are currently inviting interested candidates to apply for the position of  Sales Analyst within our Corporate Finance area.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
  • Management of all weekly sales, all BU's;
  • Documentation management: Proposal, pricing, proposal commercial conditions, all BU's;
  • Communication of sales in Integration's weekly governance (system, internal controls);
  • Managing documentation (Commercial conditions, pricing assessment, proposal archiving, etc.)
  • Internal support with sales materials and KPIs for the consultancy.
  • First contact and screening of new customers (receptive service)
  • Key role in billing follow-up;
  • Multifunctional profile, tactical, strategic and sales analysis generation.
  • Management of goals x achievements.
  • Weekly analysis of competition risks between clients
  • Support Integration's OTC area
  • Biannual support to Internal Audit
  • Follow-up and support to RFP processes

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA or post graduation are considered a plus)
  • Advanced English.
  • Advanced or intermediate Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of sourcing platforms (desirable).
  • Speed in executing tasks and speed in responding to demands and/or inquiries.
  • Quick understanding of the situation.
  • Flexibility.
  • Ability to navigate between technical and strategic.
  • Quality in delivery and attention to detail.
  • Know how to deal with senior professionals, adapting communication with each of them (not a pattern).
  • Strong desire to learn and a high level of curiosity.
  • Ownership mindset. Ability to understand your unique space and take action.
  • Good analytical capacity of sales data.
  • Good capacity to execute activities.
  • Diligence to close open points.
  • Resilient.
