🔎 What are we looking for?

We are looking for profiles to join our team as a Sales Assistant at our Pampling&Co store in Brugge (Belgium), working 30 hours per week, with availability to work rotating shifts, starting on 18th September, with experience in customer service and a good level of English.

📌 Main responsibilities

• Advise and assist customers throughout the purchasing process.
• Handle customer enquiries, resolve incidents and process payments at the till.
• Support inventory management, stock control, orders and warehouse tasks.
• Keep the store visual aligned with the brand's values.
• Be familiar with the product catalogue, brand identity, garment materials, sizes, delivery times and shipping procedures.
