Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with an FMCG Food & Beverage Company in their search for a Sales Managerbased in Thailand

Annual Salary Range $21,750 - $29,000

Work Setup Remote

Location Thailand

Your Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the management of market purchase, sale, storage and freshness in the areas under its jurisdiction, implement the promotion strategy of industrial channels and the promotion mode of industrial sales, and formulate the promotion plan of industrial channels in the responsible market.

2. Sort out channel customer resources, systems and convenient stores, analyze the sales situation of channel outlets, and assist the company in collecting and sorting out various channel information.

3. Be responsible for the implementation of the company's policies, systems, strategies and promotional activities, and create a market atmosphere.

4. Responsible for the sales management of the whole channel in the area under its jurisdiction, including: customer situation maintenance, business negotiation, price management, market order maintenance, payment collection, after-sales service, anti-counterfeiting, handling complaints and other work, and timely reporting of major events.

What we're looking for:

1. Education: College degree or above, major in marketing management is preferred.

2. Language: Chinese and Thai can communicate skillfully; At the same time, English can be used as a working language, priority admission.

3. Experience: at least 5 years of experience in large-scale food/beverage fast consumer goods industry, at least 1 year of experience in Thailand fast consumer goods sales management or channel development; Able to accept the company's job transfer arrangement.

4. Skills: Good at the development and expansion of traditional channels or modern channels, with practical experience in the establishment of multi-channel systems; strong customer communication skills and high processing capabilities, and good teamwork spirit

5. Qualified Thai talents are preferred. Qualified Chinese talents with Thai or English skills are preferred.
