Job Opportunity: Sales & Applications Specialist – Roche Tissue Diagnostics (Ireland)
Are you ready to make a tangible difference in patient lives?
At Roche, we are dedicated to "Doing now what patients need next." As the world’s largest investor in R&D in healthcare and a global leader in in vitro diagnostics, Roche Tissue Diagnostics is at the forefront of transforming cancer diagnosis. We are seeking a passionate and driven professional to join our team in Ireland to help us deliver these life-changing solutions.
The Role
This is a pivotal Sales and Applications role focused on driving the adoption of our diagnostic solutions. You will be the primary link between our advanced technology and the laboratories that use them, ensuring that pathologists and scientists have the support they need to provide the best possible outcomes for their patients.
Who You Are
You are a technical expert who is ready to combine your scientific background with a commercial mindset. We are looking for individuals who embody courage, passion, and integrity
Qualifications: You hold a degree in Biomedical Science (or equivalent).
Experience: You have direct experience working within a histopathology laboratory.
Location: You are based in the Republic of Ireland, with a preference for candidates located in the Cork-Dublin or Galway-Dublin corridors to facilitate effective territory management.
Sales Mindset: While previous sales experience is highly valued, it is not essential. We are looking for the right attitude—a desire to learn, grow, and apply your technical expertise in a commercial setting.
Core Commercial Traits We Look For:
Precision & Impact: A target-focused professional who balances high-quality outputs with a patient-centric mindset.
Proactive Mindset: You are self-motivated, identifying opportunities and making informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
Commercially Astute: You understand the value of market data and how it contributes to sustainable growth.
Collaborative Influence: You build strong interpersonal relationships and networks across all levels to drive collective success.
Adaptable & Resilient: You thrive in a fast-paced commercial environment and remain resilient in the face of challenges.
