Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to secure new design wins and co-engineer solutions that drive Intel products to production, resulting in measurable revenue growth.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customer teams to identify opportunities and align Intel's solutions with their product roadmaps.
- Develop and execute technical account engagement strategies that positively impact both Intel and our customer' success.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, participate in customer design reviews, and ensure customer requirements are met or exceeded.
- Act as the primary technical interface to quickly resolve customer issues and maintain exceptional satisfaction levels.
- Provide timely and actionable feedback to Intel's product teams on customer requirements, product issues, and future trends to support business continuity and growth.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience per business needs.
- Proficiency in hardware and software architecture with a focus on areas such as Linux, client, workstation, or datacenter products
- Demonstrated experience in technical sales, customer engagement, or product development in relevant technology sectors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges effectively.
- Technical expertise in systems architecture, product knowledge, and project management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI ecosystems, open-source technologies, or advanced graphics and workstation/server platforms.
- A proven ability to manage multiple projects, build relationships with diverse stakeholders, and adapt to evolving business and customer needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate across organizational and customer boundaries.
