Job Description

This is a full-time Sales and Application Engineer role based in Cyberjaya. As a Sales and
Application Engineer, you will lead technical sales efforts, from identifying customer needs to delivering
tailored solutions using company products. The role involves conducting product demos, proof-of-
concepts, and providing post-sales support. Close collaboration with internal teams ensures timely
compliant product delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing, business development and sales strategies.
• Identify and engage potential customers, managing the sales process from prospecting to contract completion.
• Maintain market data and update CRM records.
• Generate leads through cold calling and support business development efforts.
• Act as marketer and spokesperson for company products.
• Translate customer needs into tailored solutions using company offerings.
• Lead negotiations, ensuring margins and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and track sales proposals, ensuring timely execution and payments.
• Meet customer visit targets and keep the database up-to-date.
• Ensure timely product delivery and coordinate post-sales activities.
• Conduct product demos and proof-of-concept activities at customer sites

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical, etc).

• 1-2 years of working experience in engineering roles.

• Proficiency in project software in CAD Modeling, and basic programming in C++, Python.

• Strong communication and leadership skills
