The Sales & Trading Analyst is responsible for managing client relationships, providing advice on brokerage products and services, and ensuring effective communication between clients and the company. The role includes supporting client portfolio management, overseeing account opening processes, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. • Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing existing and prospective clients with information about TBC Capital’s brokerage products and services.
• Respond to inquiries from prospective clients in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
• Assist in the creation, management, and monitoring of client-focused investment portfolios, while ensuring clear and comprehensive communication regarding portfolio performance and updates.
• Oversee the account opening process for new and existing clients, collect required documentation, and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Keep clients informed about TBC Capital updates, including dividend distributions, coupon payments, changes to securities terms, brokerage regulation updates, and other relevant developments.
• Execute clients’ trading orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in bond issuance transactions, including portfolio administration, coordination of client documentation, coupon payment processing, and communication with investors.
• Contribute to the development of brokerage products and services by generating ideas and participating in the implementation of new initiatives.
• Recommend and support process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the department’s operations.
• Prepare presentations and supporting materials for existing and prospective investors, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Participate throughout the full product lifecycle, from idea generation and product registration to commercialization and execution of the investment strategy.

Qualifications

• At least 2 year of professional experience in a commercial and/or investment bank, advisory firm, or investment company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFA certification (or progress toward the CFA designation) is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of the Law of Georgia on the Securities Market and the Law of Georgia on Collective Investment Schemes is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of trading and financial markets is considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
