We’re looking for an amazing Sales & Service Trainer to fill this role. The Sales and Service Trainer is responsible for facilitating training classes for newly hired employees as well as refresher training for current employees. They will conduct effective learning sessions through classroom style training using a computer-based setting as well as individual coaching sessions.
The Sales and Service Trainer acts as the main point of contact for new agents, leads lesson plans, develops curriculum, leads new hire classes, and facilitates training for existing employees. They assist in knowledge-based updates and develop content as guided by the Manager, Enrichment Training and Knowledge.

Work Schedule & Location This is a 100% in-office position currently based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with plans to relocate to Miramar, Florida by the end of the year. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, with working hours typically between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Due to the global nature of the training function, occasional early morning, evening, or extended hours may be required.
This role requires up to 25% travel, including potential international travel.
