ลักษณะการทำงาน
1. ให้คำปรึกษาและแนะนำการใช้ Smart Phone & Application
2. นำเสนอสินค้า โปรโมชั่น และบริการต่างๆ ของบริษัทให้เหมาะกับลูกค้า
3. ดูแล ให้ความช่วยเหลือลูกค้าภายในสาขา หรือช่องทาง Online และจัดการข้อโต้แย้งในเชิงสร้างสรรค์ รวมทั้งสร้างความรู้สึกพึงพอใจของลูกค้าสูงสุด
Qualifications คุณสมบัติ
1. อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี ไม่จำกัดเพศ
2. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี (ไม่จำกัดสาขา)
3. มีบุคลิภาพที่ดี มีความมั่นใจ กล้าแสดงออก
4. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี มีใจรักในงานบริการ
5. มีทักษะการนำเสนอสินค้า โน้มน้าวใจลูกค้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
6. มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
7. มีทักษะในการสื่อสารด้านภาษาที่ดี (ภาษาอังกฤษหรือภาษาอื่นๆ)
