Our positions allow you to work remotely in South Africa.

It is a requirement of the Global Capability Centre Africa that you reside in a home that is fibre ready; and has space for you to be able to work comfortably and confidentially on a day-to-day basis for the purpose of your proposed employment. You can be based anywhere in South Africa and will not be able to work in a location outside of South Africa.

A Minimum of a 100 mbps upload and download speed is required, should you be successful, you will need to upgrade your line in order to work effectively.

  • Minimum Matric qualification
  • Proven success in telesales or revenue driven contact center environments, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customer decisions
  • Customer-centric mindset, skilled at identifying needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and loyalty
  • Resilience and adaptability, thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Problem-solving ability, capable of handling escalations and providing alternative solutions to retain business
  • Tech-savvy and process-oriented, with the ability to quickly learn internal systems, pricing structures, and product offerings
