Responsibilities

• Implement sales plans related to turnover, volume, and margin targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually), ensuring precise tracking of revenue (Umsatz), volume (Absatz), and gross margin (DB)
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, projects, and clients
• Prepare commercial offers and technical proposals
• Develop boiler room schematic diagrams and technical project documentation
• Analyze and compare pricing structures and technical specifications against competitors
• Participate in tender processes, including preparation of documentation and bid submissions

Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of applicable Ukrainian legislation and regulatory frameworks governing production and economic activities, especially within the scope of paid services
• Knowledge of technical standards, product specifications, and conditions for supply, storage, and transportation of goods
• Understanding of contract law and procedures for preparing commercial terms, agreements, and contracts
• Knowledge of conflict management and negotiation principles (conflictology)
• Strong business communication skills and professional ethics
• Proficiency in computer tools and software required for the role
• Knowledge of Viessmann product portfolio is an advantage
• Basic understanding of labor law, occupational health, and safety regulations
