Job summary


Our client is seeking an innovative and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead their branding, communications, and digital initiatives to attract guests across all segments, including tourism and travel, corporate, and group business. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in marketing and selling luxury holiday homes packages, a strong background with tours and travel companies, and expertise in media marketing strategies. This role requires a visionary leader who can craft compelling campaigns, engage high-net-worth clients, and collaborate with travel agencies, corporate clients, and online platforms to maximize bookings and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to promote our luxury holiday destinations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and high-end travelers.

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, and influencer partnerships.

  • Oversee content creation for websites, blogs, brochures, and media channels to ensure brand consistency and engagement.

  • Develops and implements new sales strategies, tactics and action plans for account base.

  • Develop strategic partnerships with airlines, hotels, and other industry stakeholders to enhance service offerings.

  • Lead targeted sales efforts, including B2B and B2C sales, luxury travel exhibitions, and private client networking events.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.

  • Monitor and report on sales performance, return on investment (ROI), and marketing effectiveness.

  • Ensure seamless customer experience from inquiry to booking, enhancing guest satisfaction and retention.


Requirements


Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.


  • Proven experience in marketing and selling luxury travel packages with a strong network in the travel industry.


  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality space or high-end tours and travel companies.


  • Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and media outreach.


  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.


  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to develop competitive strategies.


  • Proficiency in CRM software, online booking platforms, and digital advertising tools.


  • Experience in working with tours and travel companies.


  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a passion for luxury travel.


  • Experience in working with international clients and understanding the luxury travel market.
