All sales marketing managers start with account manager experience to build foundational skills to become the commercial leader of the future. Some of your responsibilities would include:

  • Be the face of P&G to key customers and sell mutually effective business plans while developing constructive business relationships
  • Translate business plans into practical selling narratives for the customer
  • Managing and improving distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising
  • Developing marketing plans and selling, implementing, and evaluating business plans to meet or exceed financial goals
  • Collaborating with multi-functional teams (Finance, Logistics, Operations, among others) to develop strategies and plans
  • Derive insights from the data, shopper behavior and execute sales and marketing strategies that will continue to grow our brands profitably for the customer
  • Use analytical tools and integrate various data systems to develop insights and provide input into retailer category strategy
  • Lead a mix of projects enabling you to show the breadth and depth of your leadership

You will need to

  • Be the point of brand and category expertise with our customers - serving as a trusted business advisor
  • Help by innovating new solutions to sophisticated business challenges
  • Participate in diverse multi-functional teams and eventually lead and manage others

Job Qualifications

You should have:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, any major
  • 2 - 5 years of sales/marketing experience
  • Completed or been exempted from military service
  • Able to travel abroad
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Clear critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Proficiency in using the following computer applications: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
