THE ROLE
A luxury boutique hotel in Antigua is seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead all commercial activity across leisure, group, and MICE segments. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on revenue — suited to someone with strong travel trade relationships, a sharp commercial mindset, and a genuine passion for the Caribbean market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▸ Manage relationships with travel trade partners — villa specialists, tour operators, wholesalers, and OTAs
▸ Handle consortia RFPs, rate loading, and preferred partner programme management
▸ Drive groups, events, and MICE business — proposals, contracts, BEOs, and on-site execution
▸ Coordinate wedding sales and act as key client contact alongside the wedding planning team
▸ Oversee digital presence including website content, OTA listings, and brand consistency
▸ Develop marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and guest communications
▸ Manage media, influencer partnerships, and photoshoot/content coordination
▸ Represent the property at sales trips, trade shows, and FAM trips
▸ Lead site inspections and serve as primary ABTA contact
▸ Collaborate with the revenue management function on pricing and strategy
IDEAL CANDIDATE
▸ 3+ years in hotel sales & marketing, luxury or boutique property preferred
▸ Established travel trade relationships — OTAs, tour operators, villa specialists
▸ Experience with MICE sales, group contracting, and event delivery
▸ Commercially driven with a track record of hitting revenue targets
▸ Strong communicator — confident presenter, negotiator, and writer
▸ Caribbean or small island resort experience is a strong advantage
▸ Self-starter comfortable in a lean, high-impact team environment
