Job Description

Mission
To lead and drive AHI’s revenue through strategic marketing initiatives, maintaining and enhancing corporate partnerships, overseeing successful PR and event management, and leading medical tourism and telemedicine projects.

Outcomes
In your first year with us, you will achieve the following:

  1. Revenue Generation: Increase hospital revenue within the first year by implementing effective sales strategies and nurturing relationships to increase corporate/referral patients and recover outstanding as per hospital policies.
  2. Leadership: Hire, train and retain a highly competent marketing team.
  3. Planning: Develop and execute an annual marketing plan that aligns with the hospital's strategic goals and provides measurable ROI.
  4. Tourism: Expand medical tourism and implement telemedicine services, establishing the hospital as a leader in innovative healthcare services.
  5. Events: Execute corporate events, community camps, and CMEs each quarter with high participation and positive feedback.

Requirements

  • Experience managing and leading teams effectively
  • MBA preferred
  • Healthcare or Pharma industry background strongly preferred
