Job Description

Hamilton Aquatics is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Doha, Qatar and help grow our business by converting leads generated through marketing campaigns and supporting customers throughout their journey. This role plays an important part in driving sales performance, improving customer engagement, and contributing to the growth of our programmes through effective follow-up, relationship management, and event support.

The successful candidate will assist with assessments, customer follow-ups, and attendance at events including open days, while working closely with teachers, coaches, and operational teams to achieve sales targets.

Key Objectives

• Constantly review and improve the sales process.
• Present, promote, and sell services using pre-defined marketing plans, offers, and programmes to existing and prospective customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Reach out to existing and prospective customer leads through calls.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within scheduled timeframes.
• Analyse market potential, track sales, and prepare status reports.
• Track customer needs, concerns, interests, and potential opportunities for new products and services.
• Keep up to date with best practices and promotional trends and continuously improve through feedback.
• Coordinate with teachers and coaches to ensure all targets are met.
• Carry out all other duties related to the role.

Desired Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, or another qualification related to the field.

Desired Experience

• Proven experience in a sales-related field with administration and customer service responsibilities.
• Background in the sports and leisure industry.
