Hiring Position Sales and Marketing Director

With an extensive presence in various countries, including France and China, and operational facilities in Vietnam, they offer a diverse range of seafood products that dominate the Thai market. Furthermore, their reputation extends beyond Thailand, with numerous renowned brands well-established in both the local and Southeast Asian markets.

Job Highlights:

• A minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in Sales within the FMCG and CLMV sectors.
• Proficiency in English or Vietnamese is essential.
• On-site work or relocation required.

Core Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company's Traditional Trade/Modern TradePet sales operations to provide vital support.
• Collaborate with the sales strategic support team to manage sales forecasts and logistics functions.
• Work closely with the trade marketing team to plan sales and marketing activities.
• Assist the general manager in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop sales promotions and campaigns aligned with the Sales & Marketing plan to meet targets.
• Predict budget and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies and analyzing trends and results.
• Conduct monthly sales performance review reports and meetings.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of Sales Management experience in the FMCG industry, with exposure to the "CLMV" market being advantageous.
• Strong command of English or Vietnamese and Thai, with a preference for effective verbal communication skills.
• A track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets, showcasing a results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in using data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, coupled with a strong sense of responsibility, quick learning, and self-motivation.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing market conditions.
• This position will be based overseas and may require travel for business purposes.
