
The Sales & Marketing Director will be responsible for leading and executing the company's overall sales and marketing strategy to maximize the value of its land bank and real estate portfolio This role will focus on identifying potential retail and commercial buyers, developing strategic partnerships, and establishing a commercial and leasing division to enhance the performance of commercial areas within the company's real estate developments.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property sales, marketing management, commercial leasing, and strategic business development within the real estate or property development industry
