An exciting opportunity is available for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join a leading hospitality team at a hotel in Cape Town.


If you are passionate about guest service, sales support, administration, and revenue optimisation, this role could be your perfect next step.


Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming sales enquiries and customer requests
Support FIT, group & conference reservations
Prepare proposals and follow up on business opportunities
Maintain accurate customer databases and records
Assist with departmental reporting and administration
Manage sales collateral and promotional materials
Support the Sales & Marketing team with daily operation
Ideal Candidate:
A proactive, organised, and hospitality-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting sales success behind the scenes.


Requirements


Diploma or Degree from a reputable hotel school


Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Opera
Fluent in English (additional languages advantageous)
Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
