Previous BPO experience is a plus—but not required!
Sell, cross-sell, and upsellthe best communication products and services in the market, including Internet, Mobility, Programming, and TV packages.
Proactively reach outto potential leads via multiple channels such as phone, email, SMS, and social media.
Make outbound calls, primarily to existing customers, to promote products, services, and exclusive offers.
Understand customer needsthrough effective questioning, active listening, and a personalized approach.
Recommend the best solutions, provide product demos, and explain current promotions and offers to support customer decisions.
Build rapport quickly, overcome objections, and maintain a professional and persuasive communication style.
Address customer concernsand provide outstanding service to increase satisfaction and build long-term loyalty.
Implement strategies to retain customers and reduce churnby recognizing and responding to their individual situations.
Navigate internal computer systemsto track calls, gather information, and ensure accurate record-keeping of all interactions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all current products, services, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
Uphold a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrityin every interaction.
