We are currently seeking a Sales and Leasing Consultant to join Driving Force Fleet Solutions at our Langley Branch.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain a dynamic inventory of reconditioned, low-mileage vehicles.
• Establish strong customer relationships and meet specific vehicle needs.
• Proactively prospect, network, and generate new business within the target market.
• Leverage our company’s strengths in the commercial vehicle industry for networking opportunities.
• Oversee and organize vehicle deliveries to ensure timely pick-ups that meet customer requirements.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Arrange test drives for interested customers.

What You Bring:

• Dealership experience is required, with a solid understanding of vehicle sales, leasing, and the automotive customer journey.
• You bring energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for people, with the ability to build relationships and create a positive customer experience.
• You’re a frequent and confident social media user, comfortable leveraging social platforms to build connections, showcase opportunities, and grow your network.
• You’re a strong communicator and relationship builder who is motivated by results and excited to grow your book of business.
