Job Description

ABI Interiors is a premium design brand specialising in architectural kitchen and bathroom fixtures. Originally from Australia, we have rapidly expanded into an international brand, renowned for our minimalist aesthetic, innovative product engineering, and exceptional customer experience.

We are seeking a Sales and Design Consultant to bring our pillars of People, Product, Customer, and Community to life at the opening of our new flagship showroom in Clerkenwell. You will have the opportunity to show your expertise and design skill as you engage with retail clients, architects, designers and builders, with the ultimate goal of bringing our client's vision to life.

What you will be doing:

  • Work to grow and maximise sales, leads and opportunities.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
  • Daily processing of proformas/orders and managing sales and trade enquiries face-to-face, over the phone or via chat and email.
  • Work to ensure the showroom presentation is at an impeccable standard and that information and products displayed are up to date and accurate.
  • Process International orders from leads generated through the showroom (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa Markets).
  • Proactive and professional collaboration with all customers, teams, and departments.
  • Available to assist other team members and stakeholders with Sales, Trade and general Customer Experience inquiries.
  • Conduct online and in person showroom design consultations to ensure consistent ABI sales and design service is provided.
  • Available to work and maximise the ABI experience over 7 days in various locations where required.

About you:

  • Exhibit passion to ensure a meaningful and positive customer experience, being approachable and attentive to customers’ needs and enquiries.
  • Strong ability to close sales effectively by understanding customer preferences.
  • Deep product knowledge, providing accurate information to customers.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners, fostering trust through professionalism, integrity, and reliability.
  • Committed to helping customers achieve desired outcomes with strong project and time management skills.
  • High-level communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with systems like Salesforce, Ring DNA, and WooCommerce.
  • Qualification in Interior Design or relevant industry experience.
