For
one of our international Clients, we are looking for an
SALES AND DELIVERY
CONSULTANT.

Main
scope:

The resource will
increase and manage the Clients portfolio both at national (Italy) and
international level. S/he will drive the business commercially, maintaining and
extending the portfolio. In particular he/she will set-up and execute sales
activities for the international market and will strengthen the relationships
with existing customers.

Main
tasks and responsibilities:

Business
development - Identify, qualify and develop sales pipelines.

Close
business to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives.

Build
strong and effective relationships with customers.

Negotiations.

Oversee
and deliver projects.

Manage
new and existing Partners and Clients.

Work
independently and with the whole team, upselling and cross-selling.

Requirements

2+
years of experience as a sales manager in the HR sector.

Deep
understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation, lead development,
opportunity management, to closing.

Proven
track record of consistently achieving sales targets and objectives related to
HR.

Excellent
time management skills and ability to multitasking

Well-developed
organisational skills

Attention
to detail

Professional
discretion

English
outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Good
knowledge of the Italian language is a plus
