Customer Care and Sales Assistant – Andean

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Provide analytical support to sales teams through reporting, KPI tracking and performance insights
• Prepare sales presentations and dashboards to support business reviews and decision-making
• Monitor pipeline performance, identifying risks, gaps and opportunities
• Manage customer requests including documentation, certifications and compliance materials
• Coordinate product sample requests and follow up on timely delivery
• Maintain and update customer platforms and required commercial information
• Support vendor management activities, including purchase requisitions and follow-ups
• Assist in travel, expense processes and internal administrative coordination
• Act as a key link between Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Engineering or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales support or commercial operations (early graduates with relevant internship or practicum experience will also be considered)
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy in execution
• Intermediate to advanced English level (written and spoken)
• Experience working in cross-functional and fast-paced environments
